About MerLink
MerLink DRS (Dispute Resolution System) is TSYS's dispute-management portal, used by merchants on the Global Payments / TSYS processing stack to view chargeback case statuses and upload supporting documentation. It has two components: MerLink DRS Remote, for accessing and managing cases, and MerLink DRS Response, for submitting evidence in PDF, JPEG, and TIF format. Because MerLink is a reporting and response tool rather than the acquirer itself, disputes still follow the standard card-network chargeback timeline. Chargeflow handles the evidence-gathering end to end.
